We are currently experiencing issues with Moodtalk. Who can I contact?

You can always contact us at support@moodtalk.ch or reach out directly to your contact person.

We need external support through coaches and trainers in various teams. Does Moodtalk offer this?

Yes, we are happy to connect you with our coaches/trainers. After an initial conversation to discuss the team situation, the next steps will be planned (e.g., a team workshop or development of a team roadmap) that suit your team. You can always contact us at support@moodtalk.ch or reach out directly to your contact person so we can facilitate the referral.

I would like to use the insights from Moodtalk for our reporting or sustainability report.

We are happy to share a report with you containing key information about the use of Moodtalk, which you can directly include in your sustainability report under the "Social Sustainability" section.

What can I see on the organizational dashboard?

The organizational dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all teams and their activities within your area. Here are the key functions and content at a glance:

  1. Numbers and Facts
The dashboard shows the most important organizational metrics:
    • Active Users: Overview of the number of active members in the area.
    • Active Teams: Number of teams in the area.
    • Checks: Surveys sent in the last 12 months.
    • Talks: Completed Moodtalks, including moderator guides.
    • Number of Rules: Overview of active rules in the team charters.
    • Teams with Charter: Percentage of teams with defined principles for development.
  2. Teamwork Map
An interactive map that visualizes collaboration between teams:
    • Points: Represent teams.
    • Arrows: Show connections and ratings between teams.
    • Colors: Highlight well-functioning or critical areas. Filters allow you to display relevant data, such as critical ratings.
  3. Team Charter
An overview of the rules and their progress defined by teams in different areas. Confidentiality is maintained as no team-specific details are visible.
  4. Organizational Mood
A graphical representation of the aggregated mood in the area:
    • Standard Deviation: Shows the consistency or tensions within the team. Recognize trends and gain insights into members' perceptions.
  5. Organizational Collaboration
Similar to mood, but focused on the quality of collaboration.
  6. Collaboration Topics
    Identify positive aspects and challenges:
    • Circle Sizes: Show how often a topic was mentioned.
    • Time Development: Track trends over a specific period. This allows you to take targeted actions to promote collaboration.

If you would like more information about the dashboard, feel free to contact us at support@moodtalk.ch or reach out directly to your contact person.

How can I manage access rights to the dashboard?

If changes are needed regarding access to the organizational dashboard, such as adding or removing people, you can always contact us at support@moodtalk.ch or reach out directly to your contact person.

Who has which access rights?

At the team level, all employees assigned to the respective team have the same access rights and can perform the same actions. No distinction is made regarding permissions here.

In the organizational view, however, all information and content are only accessible to certain key individuals. These are defined in advance and added accordingly.

Additionally, department heads can be set up to only see and access their own area in the organizational view.

If changes are required, such as adding or removing people, feel free to contact us anytime at support@moodtalk.ch or reach out directly to your contact person.

How does the organization-wide teamwork check work?

Watch the explanation video

The teamwork check is unique because it is centrally planned by the organization. It is sent to all participating teams and employees across the company. What makes it special is that it not only looks at the collaboration within teams but also examines and captures the collaboration between and with other teams. If you'd like to learn more about it, feel free to watch the video.
