The Talks are led by a moderator. However, for a productive discussion to take place, in which joint solutions can also be developed, the entire team is required to participate. Therefore, there are some ground rules for the Talks, and you can add your own as needed.
Ground Rules for the Talks:

Everyone should feel free to contribute ideas, thoughts, and feedback openly and honestly. Criticism is always expressed constructively. - Respectful Collaboration:
The focus is on discussing the topics that arise together and developing solutions. Who wrote what is not relevant and is not discussed. - Willingness to Try New Things:
Changes and new approaches are seen as opportunities and actively tried out to foster personal and collective growth. - Shared Responsibility:
Everyone contributes to making the conversation productive. The moderator is actively supported by the team in finding solutions and keeping the discussion engaging.
